Return/Refund Policy

At Osty, we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns and offer refunds according to the conditions below.

1. Returns

We accept returns in the following cases:

- The product arrived damaged and/or defective;
- You have received a different item from the one you ordered; or
- You are not satisfied and want to exchange for another model.

2. Return deadline

You can request a return up to 14 days after receiving the order. The product must be in perfect condition, without signs of use and in its original packaging.

3. How to Request a Return

1. Send an e-mail to clients.osty@gmail.com with:
- Order number;
- Reason for return and
- Photographs of the product (if it is damaged or wrong).
2. After approval, we will send you the instructions for returning the product.


4. Return shipping costs

- If the error was ours (defective or wrong product), we will cover the shipping         costs;
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the shipping costs will be borne by         the  customer.

5. Refunds

- As soon as we receive and check the product, we will process the refund;
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase;
- It may take up to 10 working days for the amount to be credited.

6. Exchanges

If you want to exchange for another model, simply follow the same returns process and indicate the model you want.

7. Products not eligible for return

- Personalized or promotional products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
