1. Do the sunglasses have UV protection?
Yes, all our sunglasses offer UV400 protection, blocking 100% of UVA and UVB rays to protect your eyes.
2. How can I place an order?
Simply choose the model you like, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. We accept several secure payment methods.
3. How long does it take to deliver?
Between 7 and 12 working days after dispatch.
4. Can I return or exchange my glasses?
Yes, you have up to 14 days after receipt to return and/or exchange your glasses, as long as they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. See our Returns Policy for more details.
5. What do I do if my glasses arrive damaged?
If you receive a defective and/or damaged product, please contact us at clients.osty@gmail.com with photos of the product. We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
